Spreading more love (and some silver)!

I'm back to share another "blog crush" as part of Clear & Simple Stamps' campaign:

This time it's all about Debby Hughes over at Lime Doodle. I just love her style, clean and simple and full of wonderful thoughtful design. I saw this card and fell in love! Look at the white embossing and beautiful pink shading on those flowers! Heaven!!

I used Debbie's card and this colour board as inspiration ...

... minus the teal. I don't own any teal. Not one scrap of an ink pad or marker and I'm gonna have to remedy that. I love how it fits in that colour board. I may even have to do another version of this card once I do get some. Sigh... I used silver embossing powder instead. I used the CAS-ual Fridays' Truth is stamp set for this card. I embossed the flowers with white embossing powder on vellum and coloured them on the backside of the vellum with Tombow markers.

I'm also going to share this card with this week's CAS-ual Fridays' challenge because my shiny little silver sentiment lets me in!
